This ADDENDUM to the Grand Rapids Autonomous Vehicle Master Services Agreement (“Addendum”), effective as of April , 2022 (“Effective Date”), is entered into between the following parties: City of Grand Rapids (“City”), a Minnesota municipal corporation with an address at 420 N. Pokegama Avenue, Grand Rapids, MN 55744 and May Mobility, Inc. (“MMI”), a Delaware corporation with its principal office located at 650 Avis Drive, Suite 100, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 (each, a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”).
