Many of the students who attend Winfield High School (WHS) drive a motor vehicle daily to and from school. The opportunity to operate a vehicle on the WHS campus is a privilege and is not a right. Students shall abide by the below listed guidelines in order to maintain their privilege of operating a motor vehicle on campus. In addition, each student shall read and adhere to the following rules concerning motor vehicles operations on the WHS Campus.

This Agreement does not promise, guarantee, provide for, represent or warrant any matter of any nature or kind whatsoever, including, without limitation, matters concerning security, safety, injury, damage or theft of a vehicle or any other matters related to the vehicle herein registered by Resident, and Resident assumes all risk associated with such vehicle. Resident represents the information herein provided is true and correct, and affirms no oral representations, statements, or other agreements concerning the above referenced vehicle have been made outside of this Agreement by the Association, the Board of Directors, Association Members, the Manager, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives.

This Agreementt permitts tthe person(s) named herein tto entter Kamehameha Schools (no bailmentt is creatted). Kamehameha Schools will nott be responsible for fire, ttheftt, damage or loss tto said vehicle or any artticle leftt in tthe vehicle. This agreementt may be cancelled by Kamehameha Schools att any ttime. PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY IN INK & RETURN BOTH WHITE AND YELLOW COPIES.
