This Agreement shall apply to all employees of the Company working in or out of the County of Essex, Ontario, save and except the following categories: Manager, Assistant Manager on all shifts and those above those ranks, and those employed in the Executive or Confidential capacity or who have authority to exercise discipline over employees on behalf of the Company.
