This Vendor - Honda Dealer Addendum (“Addendum”) is made between PowerSports Network, a division of Dominion Web Solutions, LLC (“PSN”), and you (“you” or “Honda Dealer”) and is supplementary to the PSN Participating Dealer Agreement between you and PSN, as such agreement is modified/amended from time to time (the “PSN Dealer Agreement”). The terms of this Addendum supersede provisions in the PSN Dealer Agreement only to the extent, if at all, that the terms of this Addendum and the PSN Dealer Agreement conflict, and in that event the terms of this Addendum shall control entirely with respect to the subject matter hereof.
