This Payment Card Industry Vendor Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered by and between PCI Security Standards Council, LLC (“PCI SSC”) and the undersigned entity (“Vendor”), as of the date of PCI SSC’s signature below (the “Effective Date”). For purposes of this Agreement, terms defined in Section 1 below shall have the meanings ascribed therein and capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings specified in the corresponding Program Documents.
