These EasyVista Marketplace Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into between EasyVista SAS, a company incorporated under French law and headquartered at Noisy le Grand (France, Immeuble Horizon, 10 allée Bienvenue, including its affiliates (collectively, “EasyVista”), and you and your company (“Vendor”, “you”, or “your”). These Terms apply to Vendor’s publication of information regarding Vendor’s software, data, media, service, product, add-On, or other offering (“Vendor Offering”) and product information and images regarding your Vendor Offering (“Vendor Information”) on the site maintained by EasyVista where it provides information about certain third-party offerings (“EasyVista Marketplace” or “evMarketplace”).

The online Vendor Terms and Conditions agreement is being updated effective November 25. See below for examples of how the terms of the agreement have changed from the previous version. The list below doesn’t include all of the changes, so please review the updated agreement carefully (available by clicking here or by clicking on the “Terms and Conditions” link in Help topics). Your continued use of Vendor Express or acceptance of new purchase orders after November 25 constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
