Purpose of Agenda Item: This item is presented to the Golden Downtown General Improvement District (GDGID) board of directors as another step in the implementation of a parking management system for the downtown Golden area. The proposed contract allows for the administration and management of the recently authorized pay stations and pay by phone systems for longer term visitor parking. The initial contract term is for a two year period with provision for renewals.
