THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 16th day of March 2017 by and between the VENTURA REGIONAL SANITATION DISTRICT, a public agency formed pursuant to California Health & Safety Code Section 4700 et seq. (“DISTRICT”) and ROGERS, ANDERSON, MALODY & SCOTT, LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership (“AUDITOR”). Together, AUDITOR and DISTRICT shall be referred to herein as Parties.
