This Agreement is binding between the School and the Licensee whereby the School agrees to grant a non‐exclusive license to the Licensee to use the Designated Area. The Licensee’s booking for each event, once accepted and confirmed in writing to the Licensee, will represent a contract between the School and the Licensee and will be governed by the following terms and conditions. The Licensee is hereby requested to read these terms and conditions carefully to understand before proceeding with the booking.
