All organizations or individuals must submit a Building Use Request form electronically for use of 130 Jackson (hereon referred to as “the venue”) to the operations manager and pay any fees associated with use of the building (see Fee Schedule p. 4 -­‐ 5). In addition, all organizations and individuals requesting use of the property or parking must receive approval for their use of the venue or parking, and use must be compatible with a level of appropriateness determined by the Staff Team.
