No part of the rental contract or terms and conditions may be altered without agreement by both parties, nor may it be transferred or sublet by the Renter. 50% of the catering bill must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Full payment for venue and the remaining 50% of the catering bill is due on the day of scheduled event. Event date will be reserved upon receipt of this contract, the terms and conditions page and a $500 non- refundable deposit.
