These VERACITY™ Surgical Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are applicable to any purchase order, quote, statement of work or other purchasing document or exhibit hereto (“Schedule(s)” together with the Terms and Conditions, the “Agreement”) related to VERACITY™ Surgical, a web-based cataract surgical planning software solution, including all Updates related thereto (the “Solution”). For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement between Carl Zeiss Canada Limited (“Supplier” or “ZEISS”) and the party(ies) listed on the applicable Schedule (“Customer” or “you”)) is applicable to any services provided by Supplier pursuant to a Schedule, including, without limitation, On-site Services and Remote Services.
