Agreement made this 15th day of March 2016 (the “Agreement”) by and between VERICIMETRY FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) consisting of the series set forth in Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time (each series a “Fund” and, collectively, the “Funds”), and VERICIMETRY ADVISORS LLC (the “Adviser”), an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
