THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE VERIZON PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Amendment”), is entered into as of March 5, 2007 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) by and among GTE CORPORATION, a New York corporation (“Seller”) and Hawaiian Telcom Communications, Inc.
