This Customer Agreement contains the terms and conditions for supply by VeroGuard Systems Pty Limited (ACN 617 573 001) (Supplier), in its own right or on behalf of an Approved Channel specified in a Purchase Order, of Subscription Services that include a VeroCard to the person or entity specified in a Purchase Order as Customer for the purposes of this Customer Agreement (Customer).
