<TBC: Versasec Address>, (hereinafter referred to as “Versasec” and/or “Licensor”) AND <TBC: Customer Legal Entity> with offices located at <TBC: Customer Address>, hereinafter referred to as the “SUBSCRIBER”. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement or by accessing, using or installing any part of the Products, Customer expressly agrees to and consents to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement.
