£2,300,000,000 Class A Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due December 2060 (the Class A Notes), and £500,000,000 Class Z VFN due December 2060 (which shall be subscribed for in an amount of £337,935,000 on the Closing Date) (the Class Z VFN and, together with the Class A Notes, the Notes, which expression, where the context admits, shall include the Global Notes (as defined below)).
