made and entered into by and between Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority, a body politic and a body corporate organized under the laws of the State of Florida (“Lessor”), and Ferrovial Vertiports Florida LLC, a Delaware limited liability company authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, having its office and principal place of business at 1425 Greenway Drive, Suite 550, Irving, Texas 75038 (“Lessee”). Each of Lessor and Lessee shall be referred to, individually, as a “Party”, and together, as the “Parties.”
