This form will provide a record of your payment and assigned plot number(s) to Forest Grove Community Gardens’ registrar. You will receive a receipt for your payment, along with your assigned plot number(s). Plot numbers are indicated at the Victory Garden site by numbered stakes place by each plot. The physical address of the Victory Garden is: 2301 Maple Street, Forest Grove. Garden plots provide approximately 250 square feet of gardening space. Plot rental fees are $30 each. Please do not mail cash. Checks or money orders made out to Forest Grove Community Garden. Deductions can be made for individuals who qualify for Food Stamps, contact the Garden registrar for more information. The maximum number of plots that an individual, family, or organization can rent is three (3). Single plots can be shared, although one person must be the responsible renter of record. Refunds for abandoned plots will be made only until May 1. Plot rentals require a Release of Liability Agreement signed by
