This Attachment C to the Miovision General Terms and Conditions relates to the provision of video streaming services in connection with the Miovision Product. This Attachment C is incorporated by reference and deemed to be part of the Agreement and supersedes all prior or other agreements between the parties with respect to the Streaming Services. In the event of an inconsistency between this Attachment C and the General Terms and Conditions with respect to the Streaming Services, this Attachment C shall prevail and govern to the extent necessary to remedy such inconsistency.
