This contract entered here relates to the short term hire of Villa Echo Padi (located, at Jalan Nelayan, Gang Si Putih, Canggu, Bali, Indonesia), (hereafter referred to as "The Villa" or "The Property"), and is between Villa Echo Padi Management (hereinafter referred to as "The Villa Management" or "we"), and the primary holidaymaker (the person whose name under the booking is made), (hereinafter referred to as "The Hirer" or "you"). This contract is effective on written confirmation by The Villa Management of the receipt of the necessary deposit payment by The Hirer, for the specified rental period as confirmed by The Villa Management.

When you make a request for a rental you will receive an Invoice from us requesting a deposit on the villa you have booked with Aquamare Villas. At receiving the deposit, a Confirmation will be send, this becomes a binding agreement; it states the terms and conditions concerning this villa rental between you (the “Guest”) and Aquamare Villa and Sandy Feet Development Corporation. Your payment in response to the invoice constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as printed below and official reservation of your villa. If you have any problems or questions with any of the following, please be sure to phone us for discussion and explanation before you send us your rental deposit.

This property is a non smoking property. External areas ONLY may be utilised for the smoking of cigarettes / cigars. Also if any illegal substances are located or found on the property the result will be immediate eviction and charges may be levied against you.
