THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, made and entered into the even date herewith, by and between VILLAGE OF EGG HARBOR, WISCONSIN, a municipal body corporate and political organization existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (the "Village") and the BOOK NOOK GARDENS INC., a Wisconsin non-profit, non-stock corporation of Egg Harbor, Wisconsin (the "Book Nook Gardens").
