This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Oakland County, a Municipal and Constitutional Corporation, 1200 North Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan 48341 ("County"), and Village of Lake Orion ("Public Body") 21 East Church Street, Lake Orion, MI 48362‑3212. County and Public Body may also be referred to jointly as "Parties".
