This VINpx Image Gallery License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between the customer subscribing to one or more of the VINpx Products, as defined below (“you”) and Autodata Solutions, Inc. (“Autodata”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for the use of any image(s) or visual representation(s) generated electronically or digitally by VINpx (the “Images”). The VINpx Image Gallery solution utilizes Autodata’s vast image repository of professionally photographed, proprietary, colorized new vehicle images including model, body type, trim (where available) with some reflection, staged in an outdoor setting to deliver colorized, model specific images. Your subscription to the VINpx Image Gallery solution includes the VINpx Dealer Branded Images, which enhance the images you provide of your vehicle inventory with your branding and contact info on every image.
