THIS AGREEMENT FOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES BETWEEN Acme LLC AND Client (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "PARTIES") IS MADE EFFECTIVE ON [DATE]. 1.
