This EULA is a legal agreement between Virtual Crash, s.r.o. and/or its distributors, sales representatives, employees, collaborative partners, or Affiliates in addition to vCrash Americas, Inc. and/or its distributors, sales representatives, employees, collaborative partners, or Affiliates (collectively, “Virtual Crash”) and the end-user customer (in any capacity referred to herein as “End-User”). This EULA governs End-User’s use of the Virtual Crash Software, including Support, Professional Services, or Documentation which is sold or included with any sale of Virtual Crash Software to End-User (hereinafter individually and collectively the “Virtual Crash Products and Services”).
