This Second Renewal (the “Amendment”) is dated effective July 1, 2020, and is by and between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (the “District”) and Edgenuity Inc., a Nevada corporation authorized to transact business in Florida (the “Provider”). The District and the Provider may collectively be referred to as the “Parties.” The Parties, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, agree as follows:
