Virtual Office Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set forth herein apply to the person(s) named in this Agreement (“MEMBER”). MEMBER agrees that the services will be used only as provided in such terms and conditions for legitimate business purposes. 1. Virtual Office Products:A. Virtual Office: Entitles the MEMBER to receive mail at the THINKSPACE, LLC LOCATION specified in this Agreement (“designated LOCATION”). The MEMBER may use the address of the designated LOCATION for business correspondence subject to exception in certain locations.B. Telephone Answering: Entitles the MEMBER to a local telephone number determined by THINKSPACE, LLC in the designated LOCATION, personalized call answering service during normal business hours, and after hours and weekend voicemail access. 2.
