The shares of the Trust are offered or may be offered in several series, including Virtus Ceredex Large Cap Value Equity Fund, Virtus Ceredex Mid-Cap Value Equity Fund and Virtus Ceredex Small Cap Value Equity Fund (collectively, sometimes hereafter referred to as the “Series”).
