THIS AGREEMENT is made between RHB BANK BERHAD (6171-M), a licensed bank incorporated in and under the laws of Malaysia and having its registered office at Level 10, Tower 1, RHB Centre, 426 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Cardmember WHEREAS the Cardmember/Company has requested and RHB Bank has at the request of the Cardmember/Company agreed to issue to the Cardmember/Company the Card and allow the Cardmember/Company to use the Card and upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.
