ContractVisa Commercial Preferred Solution Account Agreement • May 21st, 2024
This Visa® Commercial Preferred Solution (VCPS) Account Agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms of the Umpqua Bank VCPS Rewards Commercial Card Account for (“Company”) and is entered into effective as of (the “Effective Date”). The Account has been opened in the name of Company pursuant to the credit application submitted by Company (“Application”) to Umpqua Bank (together with its successors and assigns, “Bank”) pursuant to which Commercial Cards will be issued for extensions of credit by Bank in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
