This Cardholder Agreement and Truth in Lending Disclosures (“Agreement”) applies to any Visa Card (“Card”) previously issued, or to be issued, by Branch Banking and Trust Company (“Bank”). This Agreement also governs the issuance and use of “Convenience Checks” (“Convenience Checks”), Balance Transfers, and the use of your Cardholder Account to provide Overdraft Protection.
