In this Agreement the words you and your mean each and all of those who agree to be bound by this Agreement; Card means the VISA credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; Account means your VISA credit card line of credit account with the Credit Union, and Credit Union means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

In this Agreement/Disclosure Statement the following words have the following meanings. The words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Coastal Federal Credit Union. The words “you” and “Your” mean all of those who have signed the Application for the VISA Platinum Card and those who sign, accept, use, retain or authorize the use of the VISA Platinum Card. “Agreement” includes this Agreement/Disclosure Statement and Electronic Fund Transfer Service (EFTS) Disclosures. In addition, the following definitions apply: "Ac- counts" includes your regular share, share draft account, money manager account, and Christmas Club account. “Card” means the VISA Platinum Card issued to you by us. “Checks” mean “Cash Advance Checks”; “Emergency Cash” means “Emergency Cash Disbursement Requests”;”Check Cashing” means “Special Check Cashing Service”. “ATM” means the automated teller machines operated by the Credit Union and any other similar machines subsequently made available by the Credit Union to you to p
