This agreement is made and entered by and between the Visiting Nurse Association of Englewood (VNA of Englewood), a non-profit corporation of the State of New Jersey and an affiliate of VNA Health Group, (herein after referred to as the “Employer”) and the Health Professionals and Allied Employees, AFT/AFL-CIO, (herein after referred to as the “Union”).
