Context. [COMPANY ENTITY] (hereinafter: ‘‘[COMPANY NAME]’’) by means of the following protocol has standardized the procedure of granting access of visitors to our premises. This aims to minimise and mitigate the risk that visitors will roam unattended within our premises and/or (un)intentionally disclose our confidential information to other third parties (e.g., competitors) (hereinafter: the ‘‘Visitor Protocol’’).
