This Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) shall apply to any and all software maintenance services to be provided by Visual Components (VISUAL) to the Maintained Software, as hereinafter defined, SMA is always supplementary to and conditional upon the Licensee’s valid Visual Components EULA.
