To be eligible for the Voluntary Retirement Plan (the “Plan”), the faculty member must, at the time of making an application, be employed as a full-time faculty member at Salve Regina University. Further, he/she must, by June 30, 2015 a) be at least 60 years of age and b) have completed a minimum of 20 years of employment as a full-time faculty member at the University. The eligible faculty member interested in this voluntary arrangement must choose an option no later than 4:00 pm on June 13, 2014.
