THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 1st day of April, 2020 by and between Orange COUNTY, Florida, a charter county and a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and Orange County Dental Research Clinic, Inc., a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the AGENCY.
