A visitor or volunteer desiring to provide his or her volunteer services to NightShift Street Ministries Society (NightShift) agrees to release NightShift, their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (the Releases) from any liability or claim for injury to person, property or reputation, howsoever caused, that may be suffered while providing volunteer services.
