Your participation as a volunteer is most appreciated and will further the mission of the YMCA of Washington County. This policy is designed to introduce you to the YMCA of Washington County and to provide a basic overview of the policies and procedures which provide volunteer staff with guidance and direction. Much of the information contained here is identical to the information contained in our Employee Handbook. As a volunteer staff member we extend to you many of the same rights as paid staff with regards to the work environment, necessary job training, supervision, evaluation and recognition.
