This Partnership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of November 1st, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between VTEX COMMERCE CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company with its principal office at 110 East Broward Blvd, Suite 1700, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, USA and its affiliates (“VTEX”), and, [Partner Name], a [Partner Entity Type], with its principal office at [Address] and its affiliates ("PARTNER" or “You”). Collectively they comprise as “Parties” to this Agreement and may be referred to as such hereinafter.
