This Water Service Agreement, (“Agreement”), executed this day of , 2021, is made by and between the City of Kalamazoo, a Michigan Municipal Corporation (“City”) and the Charter Township of Comstock, Charter Township of Cooper, Charter Township of Kalamazoo, Charter Township of Oshtemo, Township of Pavilion, Township of Richland, Village of Richland, and Charter Township of Texas, each a Michigan Municipal Township or Charter Township, collectively (“Townships”) and individually (“Township”).
