This Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Defendant KARAS FOOD, INC. (“Karas” or “Defendant”) and Plaintiff DAJUAN D. DAVIS (“Plaintiff”) on behalf of himself individually, and on behalf of all members of the “Plaintiff Class” as described herein. Originally Solwyn Nelson was a named Plaintiff who subsequently died and his personal claims, including his PAGA claims have been dismissed.
