RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY TO: THE VOLUNTEER ORGANIZERS of the Walk and Roll Safe Event on Saturday, June 4th, 2022 – 10am. DEFINITION In this agreement the term “Walk and Roll Safe Event” shall include all activities in any way related to road, off-road, and trail bicycling, including, but not limited to, riding a bicycle on any surface, navigating obstacles, both natural and man-made, participating in group riding or events, or automobile interaction while attending said activity. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I am aware that Biking involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: accidents which occur while riding on road, trail or navigating obstacles, elements inherent in a road, trail environment, recklessness or negligence of other individuals, and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE VOLUNTEER EVENT ORG

Presenting IDs to the supervisor is mandatory to ensure your safety while participating in any Fitness Center and Recreational Sports activity. Having the proper identification present will help us identify you in case of an accident or injury during your fitness activities.
