THIS WAIVER AND SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS (“Agreement”) is entered into on February 24, 2023 by and between Mark E. Elbaum (“Employee”), Home Point Financial Corporation (“Home Point Financial” or “Employer”), and Home Point Capital Inc. (“Home Point Capital”).
