THIS WAIVER AND SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS (“Agreement”) is entered into on April 28, 2023 by and between John Forlines (“Employee”), Home Point Financial Corporation (“Home Point Financial” or “Employer”), and Home Point Capital Inc.
