THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER/RELEASE FROM LIABILITY (“Agreement and Release”) is by the party signing below (referred to as the “Releasor”) and is given to BULLYING…We’re Kickin It (“KI”) and the Manalapan Parks and Rec, its members and operators of the facilities in which the Event described below is being held, including without limitation to KI sponsors, supporters, celebrities and their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and their officers, agents, board members, employees, staff, volunteers, assigns, heirs, promoters, vendors, legal representatives, administrators, executors, those for whom the members are acting and those acting with KI’s authority and permission, and owners and lessees of the premises (collectively as “Releasees”).
