This IBM International Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Guest User Agreement (“Agreement”), including any applicable Terms of Use, governs Guest User’s access to an IBM SaaS offering from IBM. It is the complete agreement regarding Guest User accesses an IBM SaaS offering, and replaces any prior oral or written agreements, communications, representations, statements, understandings, warranties, promises, covenants, commitments, or undertakings between Guest User and IBM concerning such IBM SaaS offering.
