This tool was initiated by the Province of Namur and is the result of close collaboration with the four social housing agencies that can be found in the province. The "Walloon lease contract for a principal residence", an official document essential to all tenants and owners, remains difficult to understand. This observation gave rise to this unique project, given that there is no other popularisation tool in the Walloon Region.
