This WARRANTY PROGRAM AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of June 26, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Cover Genius Warranty Services, LLC (“Cover Genius”), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office located at 27 E 28th St., New York, NY 10016, and Tile, Inc.
